Do you ship Worldwide?Absolutely! I ship worldwide. : ) My entire collection is accessible for purchase globally. Fine art prints are dispatched via Australia Post, while original works are meticulously packaged and delivered by our reliable associates at Pack & Send couriers. Art print orders exceeding $150AUD and for shipment within Australia are covered by Art By Heidi Lee. Shipping expenses of framed artwork are determined by shipping companies and shall be covered by the customer. Shipping fees for orders outside Australia shall be calculated by the shipping company and is not within the control of Art by Heidi Lee. Please feel free to send us a message for any concern or preference over shipping.

What are the shipping times?Fine art print orders for shipment within Australia typically require up to 14 business days for processing, while preparing originals for shipment may take 2-3 weeks to ensure perfection. Framed artworks may be shipped within 3-5 weeks and may incur additional postage fees. Shipment overseas may require more time depending on location, available couriers and any possible condition that is not within the control of Art by Heidi Lee. Our goal is to dispatch orders with utmost efficiency. Upon dispatch, an automated email will be sent to the provided checkout email address. This email will contain tracking information that will keep you updated on the status of your shipment as updates occur.

Will my Print be hand-signed?Hand-signatures are exclusively reserved for limited editions and originals to maintain the integrity of artworks that appreciate in value over time, safeguarding the investments of collectors. Open edition prints are not hand-signed; they feature my digital signature.

Will I get a Certificate Of Authenticity?To uphold the integrity of artworks that appreciate over time, only originals and limited editions come with a Certificate Of Authenticity. Open edition prints such as my Trees, Flowers and Birds do not come with a personally signed signature and do not include a Certificate Of Authenticity. These prints have a digital signature from me.

Where can I find my Order Confirmation?Following your purchase, your order confirmation and invoice will be automatically sent to your email inbox. If you are unable to locate it in your primary inbox, kindly check your spam folder as it may have been redirected there.

Can I change something in my Order?Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate partial changes within an order. If alterations are required, we recommend cancelling the entire order (provided the item has not yet been dispatched) and placing a new order. Once the item has been dispatched, the order will proceed as is. Please be aware that due to the intricacies of the printing process, product exchanges are generally not possible after checkout. We encourage you to select your desired item thoughtfully before finalising your purchase. Furthermore, changes to shipping addresses cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
